In the Tellq app, an AI bot can handle some of your calls on your behalf, based on your criteria.

In the TL >> Settings section, upload the main content (knowledge base) that the bot will use to respond to customers:

In the Voice Agents section, select a voice, write specific instructions, and set the knowledge base you have uploaded:

Enable the Voice Agent setting for the specific number:

In the Call Logs section, you will see that a call was handled by the Voice Agent, you will be able to read the call transcription and, if configured, you will also have a call evaluation based on your criteria:
