With the Tellq AI Inbox module, you can automatically generate responses to customers — quickly, with high quality, and taking into account the customer's history.

In the TL >> Settings section, upload the information you want to include — you can add both PDF files and links to your web pages.

Assign the AI Inbox bot to a specific mailbox (you can have different AI bots for different mailboxes):
