From now on, in the Tellq app you can see a call transcription and a call evaluation based on your criteria.

• If you only want the call transcription, enable the Transcription settings: you can choose which calls to transcribe automatically.
You can also disable automatic call transcription entirely — in that case, you can get the text version of a specific call by clicking the "Start" button.

• If you want not only a transcription but also a full call evaluation, first create your desired questions and Scorecard:

After the call, you will see a complete call overview: both the transcription and the call evaluation based on your criteria:
