2.6. Calls AI
- First, go to TL >> Settings >> AI usage and set your desired limit (we recommend €10). Then, enter the email address where you want to receive a reminder when the limit is reached.

- In the AI transcription section, choose which calls you want to be transcribed automatically by AI: all calls, only those from a specific agent, or, for example, only calls with specific Tags.
Don’t forget to enable the settings (the status should be green).

- Once these settings are enabled, the specified calls will be transcribed automatically.
If you want to transcribe any other call -> open the desired call recording and click the "Start" button.

Next to the call recording, you will also see:
- the call sentiment;
- a short summary;
- the call transcription and cost details.
