2.6. Calls AI

  1. First, go to TL >> Settings >> AI usage and set your desired limit (we recommend €10). Then, enter the email address where you want to receive a reminder when the limit is reached.
  1. In the AI transcription section, choose which calls you want to be transcribed automatically by AI: all calls, only those from a specific agent, or, for example, only calls with specific Tags.

Don’t forget to enable the settings (the status should be green).

  1. Once these settings are enabled, the specified calls will be transcribed automatically.


If you want to transcribe any other call -> open the desired call recording and click the "Start" button.

Next to the call recording, you will also see:

  • the call sentiment;
  • a short summary;
  • the call transcription and cost details.
