2.4. Callbacks

Callbacks are designed to help you keep track of relevant information so that at the specified time, you can conveniently contact the client. Additionally, companies use callbacks to execute outbound sales campaigns or to efficiently and conveniently call back a large list of clients.

Callbacks can be created in several ways:

  1. Directly in the Calls -> Callbacks section by clicking the + symbol.
  2. Importing a list of callbacks in .csv format.
  1. Any agent can create a callback after a conversation:

The agent can see the callbacks assigned to them as well as those that are not assigned to any agent.
