2.1. Contacts management
If you have a contact database, you can upload it in advance to the Tellq system so that when you receive a client call/ticket, you can see the client's contact information.
- TL >> Contacts >> Modify template: create additional fields in the client card that will be displayed during the call:

Name, phone number, or email are required fields; you can modify the others at your discretion.
If you only need these fields, you don't have to create additional ones.
- Click 'Import contacts' and upload the prepared contact list into the Tellq system:
Important! The contact list must be in *.csv format with at least two columns: Name and Phone number or Email.

- We recommend downloading the .csv file from Google Spreadsheet, as different versions of Excel save .csv files differently.
- The phone number must be in a standardized format: 37060011222, meaning it should not have a + sign at the front, should include the country code, and must be free of spaces, dots, and additional characters.
- After uploading the .csv file into the Tellq system, map the fields, meaning you should select the same field names in the Tellq system as in your .csv file:

Important!
- The phone number must be in a standardized format, e.g., 37060011222.
- Column names in the .csv file must be without spaces, e.g., Full_name instead of Full name.
- Uploaded files must not contain special characters or Lithuanian letters. The system supports UTF-8 encoding, but often special characters may be encoded in a different format, e.g., windows-1257.
We recommend entering information using Latin characters so that the contacts will upload correctly. - The maximum size of the .csv file is 15MB.
