* THE MOST POPULAR OPTION:

When receive Call or Ticket from the client, Tellq sends client's information and YOUR system opens client card:

1. Client calls or writes a ticket;
2. Tellq real-time sends client phone number via API to your system;
3. Your system opens client card with previous orders / other historical client's data.

Other API integration options:

* When receive Call or Ticket from the client, Tellq sends client's information and shows received client's data on Tellq client card:

1. Client calls or writes a ticket;
2. Tellq real-time sends client phone number via API to your system;
3. Your system sends back client's info and Tellq shows it on client card:
