Adding a mailbox to the Tellq system requires two settings: for IN mails and for OUT mails.
Important!
It is not possible to add distribution list boxes to the Multi system. Mailboxes must be able to both receive and send emails.
Incoming letters:
- TL >> Settings >> Email accounts, click Add email, enter the mailbox address, name and press Next.
Choose a Gmail setting:
- Gmail >> Settings >> Forwarding and POP/IMAP add the Tellq generated email address and select "Keep copy in the inbox":
- Click „Send test email“:
Outgoing letters:
- Enable the setting so that OUT messages are sent through your Gmail server:
Gmail setup:
- TL >> Settings >> Email accounts >> User access enable access for agents to see specific inboxes. Also, You can set additional inbox options (Default template, Working Hours, Autoresponse):
TL >> Settings >>Ticket Tags create Tags to organize tickets by different topics:
TL >> Settings >> Signatures copy-paste You can add signatures to each inbox:
TL >> Settings >> Templates you can create the text you often use and then insert it when writing an email.
Personal templates are visible for individual agent only.
General templates are visible for the whole team.
All the settings are done!
Click Back, refresh application (ctrl + shift + R) and start using TELLQ Multi to work with emails.
